2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product if applicable.
  3. Wait for our team to approve the refund request, which typically takes up to 3 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method again. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as there might be a processing delay on their end.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a full refund instead.
